These terms apply to orders placed through this website for pickup or delivery from PT KEBAB PIZZA BURGER.

Food information and allergens: Food businesses in the EU must provide allergen information. If you have allergies or dietary needs, contact us before ordering. Cross-contact can happen in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, fish, shellfish, sesame, and other allergens.

Prices and taxes: Prices are shown in the selected currency and may include applicable VAT/tax where enabled. Delivery fees, discounts, and final totals are shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Pickup and delivery: Pickup and delivery times are estimates and depend on opening hours, preparation time, rider availability, distance, weather, and traffic. Delivery is only available in enabled delivery areas.

Order changes and cancellation: Because food is prepared to order and can spoil quickly, the EU cooling-off right may not apply once preparation has started. Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

Payment: Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash payments are accepted only when enabled by the restaurant.

Refunds and problems: If an order is wrong, missing, damaged, or unsafe, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We may offer a replacement, refund, or partial refund depending on the issue.
